Information we collect
- On-device game data — Career progress, settings, and local saves are stored on your device.
- Advertising data (AdMob) — Google AdMob may process identifiers, approximate location, interaction data, and diagnostics for ad delivery, analytics, and fraud prevention. The app requests non-personalised ads.
- In-app purchase data — Apple processes payment for the Remove Ads purchase. We do not receive your full payment card details.
App Tracking Transparency
Ascend Horse Racing does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. Ads are requested as non-personalised.
How we use information
We use information to run the app, save gameplay progress, provide and measure ads, process and restore purchases, and improve app reliability.
In-game betting
Betting in Ascend Horse Racing uses fictional owner cash only. It is not real-money gambling and is not linked to bookmakers. No betting data is sent to third parties for wagering.
Third-party services

Data retention
Local gameplay data remains on your device until removed by you (for example, by deleting the app). Third-party retention follows each provider's own policies.
Children
Ascend Horse Racing is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will review.
